Then picasa and windows explorer will let you import photos. Click on the eject iphone button and then Picasa and windows explorer will allow you to import your photos. So you have to go to itunes and in the upper right hand corner of itunes there is a button that shows iPhone and the eject button. Then if you try to copy files off the phone with Picasa or Windows explorer it won't work because it'll give you some error like device is busy or unable to connect to device. I always used to import my photos with Picasa and sometimes I would use windows explorer which i didn't really like because the order of the photos doesn't make any sense and the pictures are in random folders.
